CRA Events & Small Business Initiatives
The Eatonville CRA is dedicated to revitalizing our historic community through vibrant events and local business empowerment. Our Small Business Initiative supports entrepreneurs with education, resources, and visibility opportunities to help them grow and thrive in Eatonville’s commercial corridor.
Through our free community concert series, Stogies@Sunset, and other signature cultural events, we celebrate music, art, and heritage while driving foot traffic to local businesses.
As redevelopment projects take shape along Kennedy Boulevard and beyond, these efforts come together to create a stronger, more sustainable Eatonville — where culture, commerce, and community meet.

Stogies @ Sunset
Stogies @ Sunset is the Historic Town of Eatonville’s premier quarterly concert series powered by the Eatonville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA).
Designed as a culturally vibrant, family-friendly experience, Stogies @ Sunset brings together music, art, food, and community connection in one signature event that celebrates Eatonville’s heritage while fueling its future growth.
Each installation offers a themed, elevated outdoor experience—live bands, local artists, cigar lounges, food trucks, and vendor villages—that attract residents, regional visitors, and business owners. But beyond entertainment, Stogies @ Sunset serves a deeper purpose: it is a strategic economic development program supporting entrepreneurship, workforce development, and small-business expansion in Eatonville.
